Don't forget to visit Mont Revard as well. This mountain, with an altitude of more than 1500 metres, has been a real attraction for many tourists for more than 200 years. From the top of its panoramic viewpoint, you can enjoy an exceptional view of Aix les Bains and its lake.
In addition, the numerous cycle routes around the lake will allow you to discover magnificent landscapes.
From the town, several boat trips allow you to discover the Lac du Bourget by boat. From the Chanaz canal to the Hautecombe abbey, discover the heritage of Savoie by the lake.
In the historic heart of Aix-les-Bains, semi-pedestrianised, you will be invited to enjoy the atmosphere on the terraces of cafés and restaurants. And many shops invite you to window-shop and stroll. The Casino Grand Cercle, home to a casino and sparkling French theatre, is a must see. At the beginning of July, for 3 days, the city hosts the "Musilac", one of the biggest French rock festivals.
Are you looking for a sporting activity and want to do something other than walking or cycling? On the Lac du Bourget, it is possible to practice several water sports. There is also a large golf course nearby, where you can go horse riding or play tennis.
